Hey there lovely human, I'm Elizabeth Mucklow!

If you have been looking for someone to help you transform your life & boost your self-esteem, you have come to the right place.

As a graduate psychologist and certified personal trainer, my mission is to help you remember who you are or who you once were before you decided to put yourself in second place, work those long extra hours, gain a lot of weight and lose a lot of confidence you have in yourself.

 

I am determined to show you that you can have it all as long as you put your mental and physical health first, the rest will follow naturally.

PSYCHOLOGICAL COACHING

If we want to create long lasting mental and/or physical change, we must reflect on our thoughts, emotions and behavior and find out WHY and WHAT has led us to our current reality that we wish to change. That is why psychological coaching always plays an important role in my Revive Your Human transformation program. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

 Movement is the best medicine. That is why strength & condition training is so important for our physical and mental well-being. Not to mention, if we want to lose body fat, change our body composition and gain muscle,  strength training is a must.   As a certified Personal Trainer I will help you feel strong, fit and healthy again.

NUTRITION SUPPORT

You may already be aware that how much we weigh and how we feel psychically and mentally are determined mainly by what and how much we eat. As a part of the program, I’m going to provide you with a nutrition plan that is suitable for your lifestyle and supports your (weight loss) goals.

BREATHWORK & COLD THERAPY

 Practicing mindfulness while focusing on our breath helps us gain more clarity, be more present and lower our stress levels. Cold therapy nowadays is a popular method used by coaches to help their clients boost their immune system and help them become mentally stronger. You can experience these types of therapy as an add-on to your coaching package or in the form of a workshop. 

DANCE THERAPY

Dance was always a way for me to forget and emerge myself into a new world I have created surrounded by music and moves. Now I like to use dance as a form of creative therapy to bring a little spark to your everyday life. If you are not a fitness type then dancing as a form of movement is a great alternative.

“"I ended up with Elizabeth through a mutual friend. At that time I was exercising 5 to 6 times a week. I slept very badly and thought I was eating healthy.  Nevertheless, I did not lose a pound and even kept gaining weight slowly and my BMI was just on the border of healthy weight and overweight. My request for help was mainly to gain more insight into nutrition and to tackle the sleeping problem.


During the coaching period, I had a lot of work-related stress and in combination with my 4 kids, it was not always easy.
